Jeff and Courtney Hogue have been serving the Lord in Cambodia since July, 2000. After language and cultural study in Phnom Penh, they moved to the northern province of Preah Vihear in early 2003. There Jeff and Courtney along with another teammate began some evening Bible studies in the Khmer language. From these studies, the Community of Changed Hearts Church was formed. In 2008, the Hogues moved to the coastal province of Koh Kong where they currently live. Their passion is to help Cambodian Christians grow in the Lord and develop a vision to reach their own people.
